For a long time, we wrote Yandex documentation in DITA. Over the past few years, we've been migrating it to new technologies: YFM markup and the Diplodoc platform.
In the report, we will talk about the methodology for making major changes in the company with examples from this project. We'll look at the migration from two perspectives: the content owners and the developers of the platform, which was evolved alongside the migration.
