In the Doc&Loc department at Kaspersky, we explored optimal AI use for proofreading and automation of routine tasks, confirming that AI-assisted proofreading is not a “black box” but a process with clear rules and quality control.

This presentation explains how we integrated AI into proofreading stages for documentation, share strategies for building context-aware prompts aligned with corporate standards, address challenges like ambiguous and complex style guides, and demonstrate time saved and improved AI accuracy.
