From Small to Large: How Our Documentation Platform Grew from One Project to 2500

Using Yandex's documentation platform as an example, I will discuss how we evolved from a small documentation project with 300 pages to a large platform encompassing 2500 projects and 150,000 pages. I will also share how our processes and needs changed, as well as the pitfalls we encountered at each stage of growth. Additionally, I will demonstrate what the documentation platform looks like now, what components it consists of, and what lies behind them.
