How to Scale the Localisation Process: From a Single Technical Writer to a Large Team

My presentation will focus on growing a team of technical writers and building this process by a simple algorithm. It will be useful for teams of any size, no matter whether you are recruiting a second employee to help the first one or starting to work as a separate cross-functional team. We'll be talking about internal knowledge bases, team collaboration, and various methods you can use to make this process seamless. I will also be giving some examples from Ozon localization process and tell you a couple of translator tales from our own experience.
