Over the course of more than two decades in the profession, I have had the privilege of working with dozens of remarkable people, tackling a variety of challenges, and looking at the development of technical documentation from different perspectives—whether as an inquisitive novice, a systematic researcher, an experienced specialist, a mentoring leader, or an external expert.
