The path to a single source or how to unify texts in the interface

Behind the term 'unification' lies not only uniform texts for users, but also a reduction in the time spent by the writer in choosing phrasing, the designer in creating new layouts, and the developer in transferring texts into code.
I will tell you why and how we began to unify texts in our product. I'll share the challenges we encountered and how we managed to solve them. Additionally, I'll talk about automation: creating a system of source files with a clear process for their updating, connecting these files to the product, and synchronising with Figma.
My talk will be of interest to anyone who faces the situation of differing texts in the interface and wants to do something about it. The described approach can be adopted by any company, as we used standard development tools.
